BAH HUMBUG

You will definitely want to watch these two videos! Both were taken on Gobble Gobble Day this year and the one below is how Audrey greets my dad when he gets home from work when my mom is watching Audrey. It is so sweet.

Audrey LOOOOVES her grandma and grandpa

Silly...

*Bah Humbug*... One holiday down, a few more to go. Phew. It wasn't as bad as I thought it was gonna be. I guess when you think something is going to be terrible and its not, then its kinda okay. It was pretty much like any other day except I ate Turkey and Stuffing. I don't even really like Turkey or Stuffing...or pie for that matter. *Bah Humbug* I totally skipped out on pie this year. I'm glad I got to have a nice dinner with my parents. On the other hand, we have nice dinners together about three times a week. *Bah Humbug*

Its not that I dont like Thanksgiving. I do (sorta). Its just a silly holiday I think. I much prefer other holidays... like Valentines Day. Now, thats my all time favorite! I'm sure you don't really want to know what I think about the holidays this year... oh wait, I think I've made it pretty clear. Besides, I have plenty to be thankful for and I need a turkey dinner to remind me of those things *rolls eyes and Bah Humbugs* I know, I know, a lot of people have big family get togethers and its, like, totally, so fun. So shoot me..SHEESH! Plus I had to work that night, meaning NO vino with dinner.  SUCK yo! The joys of being a nurse....but atleast one Cheeser was pretty excited....

Audrey actually got to eat the meal this year! I remember last year, she cried and had to be held the entire time..

This year she got to grub down on some Gobble but her favorite part was the stuffing.. that was until she started throwing her food everywhere. I told her 'NO!' and she pouted and wouldnt look at me for quite some time. What a boogercheese.

After dinner, Audrey decided to show off her Lady Gaga impersonations.
"Rah, Rah ah ah ah
Roma, Roma, ma
Gaga, Oh, La la"

See the resemblance? haha

Dont worry, as much as I love to shake my booty to Lady Gaga, I DO NOT want Audrey to look like her...enough said...

And guess what?!

We put the tree up! You know...the TREE!

So, we put it up and I had to laugh. It looked small, horrible and lopsided. I almost thought about taking it down and buying another. But hey, I'm no money bags this year, so its gonna have to do. It ended up looking very pretty. I am pleased.

PEACE, LOVE and GRUB
Can you tell that this is Audrey and I?

For being such a Bah Humbergerer I really do enjoy Christmas. Especially all the songs, wintergreen and peppermint scents and glittery decorations. So just for the occasion, I turned on our favorite Christmas CD, poured me a glass of Chardonnay, and took out the 15 boxes of decorations I have. One problem. My townhome isnt as big as my old house so about 13 boxes had to be put away...
Look at the mess we made!
Here is a blurry picture of Audrey assisting me in decorating. I think she assists more in the undecorating aspect. I am contemplating pulling off the decorations at the bottom and putting them all up top. She pulls all the ornaments off and hides them all over the house. I went to take the trash out a few days ago and it sounded like Jingle Bells at the bottom of the trash bin.

I have been having a lot of fun lately. I pretty much wake up at 630am the days I dont work, plan some fun snowshoeing in the morning, run errands after shoeing, home by 3 so Audrey can nap, make dinner, clean house, facebook, blog, bedtime. I've figured out that the life of a mom is constant gogogo. I think I must have been so unproductive before I had Audrey...sleeping in til noon, staying up all night...*daydream*...

So, I just had to plan a snowshoe with some of my friends! I decided we should go up to Lake Mary at Brighton since it was a guaranteed snowy snow snow snowshoe

Some of us chicas!

These were the snowshoers of the day! We had three more friends with us that were backcountry skiing and we met them at the top

It ended up being a pretty good uphill climb

The 'Pamela/Wendy/Leg' Pose
I didn't have Audrey on my back and I felt like I could jog all the way up the mountain. Its amazing what a difference it makes
Look who made it to the top!!

We's the Shiz

Havilah doing a snow dance in her ski's for us girls

So, I should be packing right now. I'm being the biggest procrastinator in the world. Audrey is napping and its all her stuff I need to pack....so I blog instead...We's be going on a vacation tomorrow...and I'll be sure to blog ALL about it...Oh wait, she's up! UNTIL NEXT TIME! PEACE IN YOUR HOODS!

Audreys Playland

K. So my last blog was too depressing. I had to write another. I kept reading it. And well, it made me cry. So I'm doing something about it. NEW BLOG! All these pictures below make my frown turn upside down.
Yeyah Mommy, I'm ready to go boardin!

Audrey is so funny these days. She really thinks she is the new Lady Gaga. Whenever I ask her if she's Lady Gaga, she grabs her sunglasses and puts them on. I shit you not. She's hilarious. I cant believe how much she learns each day. She also imitates EVERYTHING i do. No joke. Thats #1 where the 'Shit' problem came from. #2, She talks on the phone like I do, holds it to her ear and jabbers away. She loves to yell into it..."HI" and laugh. #3... I had a cold a few weeks back. She saw me blowing my nose into the tissue. So now its her favorite game. She blows her nose into the tissue and hands it to me. We share germs.

Being true to my Mamarazzi status, I follow Audrey around with a camera at all times. Yes, its hard to believe, but this child will have almost every moment of her life captured in a photo or video. Sorry dear. Even when you start potty training I will be close by with a camera.

Here she is showing me how she brushes her hair

And how she brushes her teeth. Four molars are coming through and I think the toothbrush helps with the swelling and pain

Audrey is so dainty. Such a girl. Not only by the way she loves to jabber into the phone, but when she plays on her toys she is so cautious and slow

Atleast she has good hygeine...she wont be the 'stinky' kid

She is pretty easy to entertain

I'm pretty sure the washing maching is the new Tickle Me Elmo...here she is saying...ooooh mama shiz..

I'm gonna get you mama

Her 'Pirate' face...ARG
BOING

Trying to eat the stopper..then she rips them off the wall. I dont know how to replace them. If anyone out there knows how to put new door stoppers on, come on over

Ooooh Mama Shiz...

The blinds are next on the destroy list

Towels!

The Audrey Towel Destroy Dance!

Mommy loves you...Destroyer and all...

Sorry this above picture is of me half nakey. I walk around like this at home. Dont act like you dont walk around in your workout clothes too.

Totally off topic....wanna see my sweet new, sorta used, totally given to me, climbing shoes? Hells yeah! Can we say...FASHION STATEMENT! I think I'll wear them to church for Midnight Mass...

Soo, wanna see some fun stuff that I've been dealing with lately?
The white powdery stuff falling from the sky! Of course, Audrey has played in the snow while we hike and snowshoe, but she was amazed with how it came from the sky...of course, I needed to photodocument the entire thing

Oooooh Mama Shiz....

Mama this stuff is BRRR...Mama Shiz...

Get me away from this door...mama Shiz...(yes, my child does say the phrase..."Oooh Mama shi(z)"...quite frequently and its a habbit we are trying to break

So the next morning I awake at 430am to make it to my shift, because it was obviously apparant that it was snowing and I had to shovel my way out of the driveway. I even did my hair curly. (I NEVER do my hair curly)

See, proof of my curly 'do for the day...
So I run outside to take Audrey to my parents and I find this (well, sorta this. This picture was taken after I had taken my kitchen broom to it to get some snow off)

Thankfully my dad came and saved the day. Phew!

14inches of fresh new powder atop my car. Damn me for not cleaning out my garage to park it inside. Damn damn damn! (damn will surely be Audreys next work now...shit)

Snow is very fun actually. There are lots and lots to do and play in it (just no bueno to have to drive in it) I wanted to takeAudrey again snowshoeing, but this time with my Mother, who is a complete bad ass. Let me tell you why. She did Bikram Yoga in the morning, called me on her way home and was like...'Hey, Pamela, lets go snowshoeing!' She had never been before, went and rented the shoes and came along! Now you all see where i get the sickness from...

This is the beginning of the trail, where you were the YakTrax we talked about in the last blog

Just gettin strapped in the snowshoes

Heading up towards the trailhead

And we're off!

Doughnut Falls!

In the Winter time I feed Audrey like a mamabird feeds her babybird.

So I still have many fun activities and funny things to blog...this is just the beginning. Some may also be dark and gloomy like my last blog too so be warned..I have just one thing to say right now...

I am the Mamaface, she is the Cheeserface, and you, sir, are the Loserface of the three. Sorry. Sucks to be you!

Peace out yo! Until next time!
